Shipping policy
At Rimal Atelier, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Delivery zone We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. We deliver to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Abu Dhabi & Dubai: 1–2 business days
- Other emirates: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders above 250 AED.
Order tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.
Failed deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will try again or leave a notification. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed collection, re-shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
Damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at rimalatelieruae@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
