Welcome to Rimal Atelier. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms.

Our products We sell premium dog accessories and ship within the United Arab Emirates only. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Product use & liability Our products are designed for use on dogs under the supervision of their owner. By purchasing from Rimal Atelier, you acknowledge that:

  • It is your responsibility to select the correct size for your dog. Please refer to our sizing guide before purchase.
  • All accessories should be used under supervision. Never leave a dog unattended while wearing a harness, collar, leash, or any other accessory.
  • Rimal Atelier shall not be held liable for any injury, harm, or adverse reaction (including allergic reactions) resulting from improper use, unsupervised use, incorrect sizing, or failure to follow care and usage instructions.
  • If your dog has known sensitivities or allergies, please review the materials listed on each product page before purchasing. When in doubt, consult your veterinarian.

Pricing & Payment All prices are in AED and inclusive of 5% VAT where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely — we do not store your card details.

Orders You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. This does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.

Shipping We deliver within the UAE only. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary. Rimal Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

Returns f the size of your Rimal Atelier harness is not suitable, we offer one size exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that the harness is unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

Damaged items If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
